History
2021: Raising $8 million
On October 26, 2021, Influ2, founded by Ukrainians, announced the attraction of investments in the amount of $8 million. The Series A funding round was led by the Rally Ventures Foundation. The startup will spend the funds received on expanding the business.
The Influ2 platform directs advertisements to specific decision makers through displays and social networks and captures their involvement at the individual level, and the results obtained during these campaigns allow sales departments to obtain tangible data about specific people that will help them increase the engagement of target customers. Thanks to its personal advertising solution, Influ2 helps B2B marketers open a black box of online advertising. Thanks to this technology, Influ2 investment will create a comprehensive solution for buying group marketing, and this in turn will give companies the opportunity to track the engagement and mood of customers in groups to help them provide a personalized sales and marketing experience that reflects what stage of the buying path the goals are at.
American venture capital firm Rally Ventures, which specializes in business technologies that are in their early stages, led this Series A funding round, along with personal investments by Sprout Social President Ryan Barretto. Although Influ2 will primarily invest heavily in product development, this funding will also further expand the company in the United States and its team.
Our platform is based on a group of buyers who ultimately make decisions. That's why we developed Influ2. To enable B2B marketers to reach key decision makers in target accounts. These investments will help Influ2 go beyond advertising, allowing marketers to achieve greater accuracy through a more holistic approach to marketing groups of buyers in all programs, "said Dmitry Lisitski, CEO and co-founder of Influ2. |
According to Sprout Social President Ryan Barretto, in order for brands to successfully achieve engagement, profit and a healthy ROI, illustrating the level of profitability or loss-making of a business, they need to make sure that their ads deliver the right message to the right buyer at the right time. He added that Influ2 has created a product that allows marketers to do just that, and I am excited to support their vision and ongoing innovation.
The Influ2 platform serves many unicorn startups, name young startups that in a short time were able to achieve capitalization of $1 billion, such as Amplitude, Papaya Global and Optimove, as well as their success due to the readiness to adopt new innovative approaches offered by platforms such as Influ2.[1]
2020: Attracting $3.4 million of investments
At the end of September 2020, Influ2 announced the attraction of $3.4 million in investments. The Boston One Way Ventures and the Greek VentureFriends invested the most in the past round of funding. In addition, the startup's investors included venture investor Murat Abdrakhmanov and former GlobalLogic CEO Peter Harrison.
How much each participant in the investment transaction provided Influ2 and how their shares in the project were distributed is not specified. The company intends to spend the funds raised on expanding the staff (primarily the company is looking for sales specialists), adding new functions and attracting new customers in industries such as healthcare and IT.
As stated in Influ2, the advertising platform identifies each viewer of the ad and takes into account the actual person who specifically clicked on the ad, how many times and how long they interacted with the advertising content. This not only helps marketers identify interested decision makers, but also helps them develop more thoughtful and attractive ads that lead to an increase in the number of potential customers by 4-7 times, according to the startup.
As of the end of September 2020, Influ2 has 57 customers worldwide, including Fortune 500 companies (Cato Networks, Hexaware, Nvidia, etc.).
We feel rapid growth, which prompted us to organize a strong pool of investors, increase the functionality of the platform and continue to focus on the development of Influ2 in the American market, "said the co-founder of the startup Dmitry Lisitsky.[2] |
