History

In the 1989th year InfoLada received the certificate on state registration and was entered in the Register of the joint ventures created in the USSR with participation of the foreign organizations. So the history of InfoLada joint venture began. Since then there were many changes, both in the company, and around it. But if it was not always possible to call the changes happening around positive, then changes in the company always contributed to its growth and the development. In a year after the creation InfoLada developed the generator of information systems on the basis of the Clipper language — instrumental means for creation of difficult program projects in file server technology, and later, in 1991, the Payroll calculation program which was adopted at once by banks, large and medium-sized enterprises of the city was developed.

The following important and necessary software product did not keep itself waiting long. In 1992 the automated banking system (ABS) for AvtoVAZbank — the first commercial bank of the Volga region is created. The next year passed under the sign of universal implementation of the new banking software product. Core banking systems equipped 15 branches of AvtoVAZbank, the Volga social bank and three of its branches, Potentsial bank, Tolyattikhimbank. In addition for more productive work the system of Client bank was created and also communication Bank Enterprise is organized.

InfoLada took an important step in technology progress in 1995. The system of salary payment to the employees through ATM network of THB is developed for ToAZ and the Tolyatti combined heat and power plant. In the city there were first pay plastic cards, and ATMs began to work in the round-the-clock mode.

At a formation stage, one of the areas of work of the company was sale of computers and office equipment. And in this field of activity InfoLada became one of the best computer firms of the city. In 1996 the history of InfoLada LLC as the telecom operator began. The joint venture was reorganized into limited liability company then the company had a license for provision of services of local telephone communication behind number 5567.

For InfoLada company telephony development, from the moment of obtaining the license, became one of the priority directions. The huge work on a construction of own automatic telephone exchanges and telephone networks done by specialists of the company allowed InfoLada LLC to win the status of one of chief operators of fixed connection in the area over time. The communication network of InfoLada company is organized now in such a way that the distance from automatic telephone exchange to the subscriber does not exceed 2 km. It allows to provide the best communication quality.

The second decade InfoLada works at the regional market of services of the fixed telephone communication. During this time the telecom operator InfoLada LLC was selected already by more than 60,000 subscribers, and the first of them appeared in Togliatti in 1998. Then the first own automatic telephone exchange of the company was mounted.

Out of the city the telecom operator stepped in 2000 — the telephone line of InfoLada company was stretched to one of houses of the city of Zhigulyovsk. Later telephone networks of the company appeared in Samara and Novokuybyshevsk.

Now among subscribers of InfoLada LLC large enterprises, solid banks and government institutions of the Samara region.
