Information Centre of the Personified Accounting (ICPA)

The "Information Centre of the Personified Accounting" (ICPA) federal institution is created at the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation by the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation for a work on information processing on the individual (personified) accounting of the rights of citizens in the system of the national pension insurance.

ITsPU is included into basic functions: operation of a program technical complex of a system of the personified accounting of RPF; maintaining the Federal register of the persons having the right to the government social assistance; maintaining the nation-wide database about a social status of veterans of the Great Patriotic War and fighting; informing the insured persons on a status of individual (front) accounts (printing and mailing of notifications of RPF).
