The universal electronic card is a convenient tool for receiving the public, municipal and other services.
The Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) – a complex of the interconnected automated systems solving problems of management of traffic, monitoring and management of work of all means of transport. The ITS is integrated in themselves by reliably recommended technologies in management, electronics, telecommunications, hardware / program providing also is applied to traffic flows.
