The open government – the system of the mechanisms and the principles providing effective interaction of the power and civil society. Advantage of this method — transition from practice of simple commenting to active involvement of citizens to project development of regulating documents in the form of direct work on the text of the bill.

The universal electronic card of the citizen of the Russian Federation combines the identity document (in the cases established by the law), the policy of compulsory health insurance, the insurance evidence of mandatory pension insurance and also the bank payment card and certifies the rights to other public and municipal services. The universal electronic card is a convenient tool for receiving the public, municipal and other services.

The Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) – a complex of the interconnected automated systems solving problems of management of traffic, monitoring and management of work of all means of transport. The ITS is integrated in themselves by reliably recommended technologies in management, electronics, telecommunications, hardware / program providing also is applied to traffic flows.
