2024: Founder of the Kassir.ru Evgeny Finkelstein received a stake in Infotech

In mid-July 2024, it became known that the founder and majority shareholder Kassir.ru Eugene Finkelstein acquired a stake in Infotech, a leading developer software for ticket systems. This acquisition is part of a strategy to strengthen Kassir.ru 's position in the ticket aggregator market.

According to Rossiyskaya Gazeta, Infotech's software solutions are used at more than 400 facilities throughout the country, including the largest sports arenas and museums. Among the company's clients are the Spartak football club, the SKA hockey club, the Moscow Kremlin Museums and the State Hermitage.

The source of Kommersant in the ticket market estimates the amount of the transaction at 300-450 million rubles. The purchase will allow Kassir.ru on the horizon of three years to increase the company's turnover by 20-25%, since the operator enters the sports segment, and will also take part of the stadium events, said Sergey Babich, organizer of the international music industry forum Colisium.

Integration of Infotech into the Kassir.ru group of companies will allow the ticket operator to control key market segments, including fast-growing directions of ticket sales to museums and sports events. It is expected that in the near future the entire volume of content available through the Infotech systems will appear on the Kassir.ru platform, which will lead to a significant increase in the GMV indicator (total sales).

The Kassir.ru strategy is aimed at selling exclusive content and controlling the widest possible range of tickets in all segments of the entertainment industry throughout Russia. Previously, the company has already taken a number of steps in this direction. In particular, the subsidiary promotion company Artlife organized a number of major concerts and events, tickets for which were exclusively sold through Kassir.ru.^[1]
