History

• 1992 - foundation of the company; based on opportunities of the transport station by request of MICEX for trade of state treasury bills the System of Electronic Interbank Settlements (SEIS) and the System of Share Trade were created
• 1995 - INIST company participates in the USAID project on development of the stock market of the Republic of Kazakhstan; the Universal Exchange INIST Complex set on Russian (RTSB) and National Share the exchanges is developed
• 1996 - in May INIST company becomes the member of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry
• 1997 - the company develops the line of the software products automating all stages of work of investors in the stock market; the information system "Inist-Online" is developed for broadcast of exchange information in Internet network; the Investor system is developed; the system of Inist-Central Bank is created
• 1998 - releases a number of Internet-applications for business - CyberPlat payment system for Platina, Internet-magazin and Bank-Client-Internet
• 1999 - Internet cистема of mutual quotations is developed for Lanta-bank; the stock exchange in Internet - Emetex.ru is created; the system of sale of information on the Internet is installed on MICEX
• 2000 - the automated system of maintaining the register of federal property is developed for the ministry of the property relations of the Russian Federation
