Terroir

Crimean mountains protect vineyards from continental winds and frosts, and the number of sunny days allows you to reach the desired level of maturity of the berry, with a good balance of sugar and acidity. In addition, the proximity of the warm waters of the Black Sea, the classic European clay-limestone soils, river valleys, bringing the necessary cool and proximity of mountain ranges, giving additional cooling, have a great influence. The conditions are most favorable when growing grapes for the production of sparkling and elegant dry wines.
