Instabank

Instabank is mobile application for management of the account and the debit card MasterCard Gold. Settlement credit institution and the card issuer of Instabank is JSB VPB (Ltd). License of the Bank of Russia No. 3065 of 1/31/2012. The bank is a participant of deposit insurance system (it is included in the register at number 691).

The holder of the virtual card gets access to the full application of Instabank and an opportunity to study its advantages. Virtual cards can be used to pay purchases on the Internet, to send and accept money transfers on Facebook or according to details, to pay services and also to add comments and photos on purchases in a detailed tape of transactions.

The client can also submit the application for release and home delivery of the plastic card Instabank MasterCard in the application. It is possible to pay off with the card in shops and restaurants, free of charge to remove cash and to recharge in ATMs the Master of Bank and also to receive up to 10% per annum monthly on the account balance.

To receive the virtual Instabank card, it is necessary to install the Instabank application for iPhone from AppStore (at the moment, the application is available only in the Russian AppStore), to be registered through Facebook and to join the offer. It is possible to deposit money to account of the virtual Instabank card using transfer from the card of other bank, or having asked the friend to make instant translation on Facebook. In the nearest future there will be also other options of replenishment.

According to the legislation of the Russian Federation, the balance of the virtual card is limited 15,000 rubles. Money transfers cannot exceed 15,000 rubles for one transaction and 40,000 rubles a month. At the plastic cards Instabank such restrictions are absent.

History

2014: Instabank starts a possibility of registration of new clients in the application on mobile phone number

On September 1, 2014 the Instabank mobile bank started a possibility of registration of new clients in the application on mobile phone number. It significantly expands potential audience of Instabank which still was available only to users of Facebook.

The new method of registration will become the authorization alternative through Facebook which is still offered users of this social network. The main functionality of the application will remain uniform for all; differences will concern only the mechanism of transfers and requests - now they can be sent to friends from the telephone directory. Having authorized by the phone number, the user will be able to tie to the application of Facebook account in addition. In this case it will be possible to make to all friends transfers and requests - both from Facebook and from the telephone directory.

The updated interface of an iPhone-application and several new features were added to changes in registration. In case of registration by the phone number the user will be able to issue the application, having selected the images from gallery of the smartphone. Also there was an opportunity to contact a support service by means of social nets directly from the application. It is possible to ask a question through Twitter and Facebook chat.
