In 2013 the graduate of the program of intstitut 2010/11 of year Denis Leontyev based and headed the consulting bureau of the same name which displaid the Arrow brand for new level.

2010: Mamut and Adonyev finance creation of institute

The idea to create institute of architecture and design in the territory of the former factory "Red October" appeared at the founder of Poster Ilya Oskolkov-Tsentsiper. He shared it with Alexander Mamut and the founder of Yotasergeem Adonyev, and businessmen agreed to provide financing.

First Arrow was financed in half by Mamut and Adonyev — they agreed to put in it $2.5 million a year within the first three years, apart from the cost of construction of the building of Institute (later for a while joined them — as the trustee and the sponsor — the co-owner of Pic Group Sergey Gordeev).

As Mamut to the Snob edition in May, 2010 when the Institute was started spoke, "we liked Tsentsiper's concept, and we just gave money". The building of Arrow on Bersenevskaya Embankment — with the courtyard and with bar windows to the Moskva River — was designed by Shapiro and Likin (together with Mamut, Adonyev and Tsentsiper they became the first trustees of Arrow).
