Intech works at the market of additional services of mobile communication: for example, sells to operators RBT technology (ring-back tone) allowing to replace beeps with a tune at the choice of the user. Intech owns the directory of mobile content and, according to own data (June, 2014) enters the five of the largest of the Russian value added services providers of communication, independent of operators.

Products & Services

For June, 2013 a product line of INTECH platform solutions enter:

  • Next Gen RBT with functionality of loading of UGC and integration with social networks,
  • ICMP (Interactive Convergent Media Platform) is the solution for creation of On-portal of services of the Operator based on IVR, Video IVR, the SMS, USSD with functionality of flexible tariffing and the module of an advanced CRM system,
  • solutions in the field of Mobile Apps and SMM (Social Media Marketing).

The products INTECH are available for more, than 200 million subscribers of mobile communication services.

History of the company

In 2005 the Intech company is created. According to these SPARK, till June, 2014 45% of Intek Global LLC belonged to the CEO Nikolay Kravchuk, another 45% Alexey Merkulov, 10% — Pavel Massovets owned.

In June, 2014 it became known that the inMedia investment company of Evgeny Zhulanov purchased Nikita company and Intech company. In 2005 the similar transaction took place: then the British Monstermob Group Plc purchased the largest Russian content provider Infon who possessed more than 15% of the Russian market dopuslug, the head of the analytical department of Golden Hills Kapital-AM investment company Natalya Samoylova remembers. According to her, then paid $27 million and Intech for Infon too it could be estimated at "the similar amount". The CEO of inMedia Ekaterina Sedinina told RBC that Nikita and the Rostelekontent content aggregator which works including with Rostelecom will be attached to Intech.
