Biography
Was born 1981.
Graduated from the Perm state technical university, having received specialty "Production and Design of Automatic Machines".
From 1999 to 2002 was engaged in private business activity in the field of sales of telecommunication equipment and the computer equipment. From 2002 to 2006 worked as the marketing director of the Perm branch MTS.
In 2006 based and headed Free Cash Desk group, the Russian network of payment terminals.
Was a founder and the CEO of the Settlement Center of the Urals company which was the exclusive payment aggregator for Uralsvyazinform. In 2012 the company was renamed into "Command Center of Payments" (CCP) and it became the uniform payment aggregator already for all Rostelecom.
Also at this time Zhulanov owned 48% of shares in The Innovation Investments company which directly and through other structure – Telecom-Invest LLC - possessed slightly less than 50% in TsUP.
2010: Foundation of inMedia multimedia holding
In 2010 Evgeny Zhulanov founded inMedia group (the first name - Optima) in which as of 2018 is the 100% owner.
In 2013 the CNews edition wrote that the companies entering inMedia became suppliers of different types of content for Rostelecom, and as the partner of inMedia the Marshall Capital Partners fund of the minority shareholder of that time of Rostelecom Konstantin Malofeyev[1] acted [1].
For April, 2013, according to Contour-Focus base, 80% the share in InMedia belonged to the Cyprus offshore of Tashamit Investments, and the remained 20% - to Zhulanov (some time he was a CEO and InMedia).
In 2014 Evgeny Zhulanov's inMedia purchased provider of mobile content Nikita from Marshall Capital fund and purchased value added services provider of cellular communication Intech company.
In 2017 one of the companies of the inMedia group - Enaza - was sold in Softline, and one more - SkyparkCDN - to the Luxembourg holding G-Core.
2018: Collector of splinters of AT Consulting
In 2018 Evgeny Zhulanov became the owner of six companies to which the AT Consulting group broke up.
In particular, since July, 2018 for 100% belong to Zhulanov:
- IT.Philosophy (the CEO - the ex-partner of AT Consulting Mikhail Nelkin)
- Tektus. IT (the CEO - the ex-partner of AT Consulting Igor Homich)
- P. Those Numerical control systems (the CEO - the ex-partner of AT Consulting Anton Choubin)
- Mobile professionals (the CEO - the ex-partner of AT Consulting Sergey Tinyakov)
- R.T of the Solution (the CEO - the ex-partner of AT Consulting Dmitry Sagalayev)
- Si Ickx the Lab (the CEO - the ex-partner of AT Consulting Alexey Makeev)
The largest of them (as of 2016) - IT.Philosophy, its revenue - 496.6 million rubles, and the concluded government contracts from July, 2017 till July, 2018 - for 1.7 billion rubles. The biggest customers of Philosophy of IT - Sberbank, VTB, Post Bank, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation.
At the legal persons who are directly entering into AT Consulting (AT Service LLC and AT Consulting LLC) for the first half of 2018 only one government contract - for 38.8 million rubles was concluded with administration of the Volgograd region.
AT Consulting began to break up after at the end of 2016 95% of group were purchased by a private equity fund of Prometheus Capital Partners of the entrepreneur Levan Vasadze.
In June, 2017 the founder of AT Consulting Sergey Shilov announced the redemption of the company from Vasadze and return of a command. But in February, 2018 Shilov was arrested on the case of violations at state procurements in the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The consolidation which took place in June, 2018 is the help to the AT Consulting command in a tough time which could be rendered by Evgeny Zhulanov at the request of Konstantin Malofeyev, one of their mutual friends assumes in a conversation with TAdviser. Malofeyev, according to his data, is one of co-owners of AT Consulting.
