2017: Partnership with "Sidisi"

On July 27 the Sidisi (CDC) group and Integris company announced the conclusion of the partnership agreement about implementation of a management system for human resources of retail networks (Workforce Management Retail).

Integris already offer the clients the WFM solution of foreign developers and want to expand a product line at the expense of the high-quality Russian solution.

Stable growth of interest in automation of retail demanded from Integris of expansion of a line of the software implemented in this industry. The personnel management system of retail chain stores of Workforce Management Retail delivered on an exclusive basis by Sidisi company is developed taking into account features of the Russian labor law. A system differs from foreign solutions in a combination of broad functionality and more affordable price.

A system allows to solve problems of personnel management of retail chain stores in the automatic mode, including to predict the needs for employees, to create working schedules taking into account the created forecast, wishes and skills of people and also to monitor online work of employees, filtering violators of statutory rules of work. In the solution the connectivity of the system of accounting of working time on a fingerprint allowing to control the actual operating time of each worker is also put.

Throughout long time we considered the domestic goods existing in the market in the field of Workforce Management of systems and as a result stopped on the solution of colleagues from CDC in several reasons.
