The Interskol company is a player in the Russian market for power tools and small mechanization tools.

As of April 2019, the company has its own engineering center, design bureau and pilot production, where new models of power tools and small mechanization tools are created and tested.
- The company has its own Russian production (including the high-tech plant Interskol-Alabuga), whose products are exported to Western Europe (Spain, Italy, France, Greece), as well as Israel.
- Bykovsky Power Tool Plant (BEZ) is the very first production site of Interskol. There is a specialized center for the manufacture of new (experimental) samples of power tools and small mechanization tools for all factories of the company, organized as part of the implementation of promising plans to create innovative products.
History
2025: Attracting ₽1 billion investments from the management company "First"
The Russian manufacturer of power tools "Interskol" attracted ₽1 billion from the management company "First" for business development and modernization of production facilities. This became known in September 2025.
According to Vedomosti, the share in Interskol will become part of a new closed mutual investment fund, available only to qualified investors. General Director of "First" Andrei Bershadsky did not disclose the size of the acquired share and the full composition of the created fund. The head noted that Interskol presents an understandable and effective investment idea with great potential, which made it possible to quickly attract funds from investors.
Director General of JSC "Interskol Group" Grigory Sahakyan stated that the funds raised will be used to implement large-scale projects to modernize production facilities and digitalize service processes. The company gets the opportunity to accelerate the development of new models, expand the range of products and deepen the localization of production in Russia.
In December 2024, Interskol announced its intention to conduct a pre-IPO placement with plans to attract ₽1,5 -2 billion. At that time, the company's estimate was ₽7,5-8 billion, according to a representative of Interskol. Details of the proposed placement were planned to be reported following negotiations with potential partners.
Since 2016, four Russian citizens have been co-owners of Interskol Group JSC according to the SPARK system. The main part of the business is concentrated in a 100% subsidiary of KLS-trade. The group also includes SBK Tool. Through KLS-trade, the group attracts debt financing by placing bonds on the Moscow Exchange.[1]
