Inventa is a subsidiary of the Center for the Development of Advanced Technologies (CRPT), created to implement global projects in the digital economy. Inventa is developing a project for the production of fiscal drives. The company is a manufacturer of fiscal drives that support the sale of labeled goods.

CRPT owns a 50% stake in the company's authorized capital. The remaining 50% belongs to Inventa CEO Andrei Shemakhanov.

The register of fiscal drives of the Federal Tax Service as of April 2022 contains two models of devices - "FN-1.1M version In15-1M" from "Inventa" and "FN-1.1M version In36-1M" from "Automation." Both companies on their corporate sites offer both of these models.

Probably, the reduction in competition in 2021 contributed to a sharp increase in the turnover of Inventa, whose annual revenue in 2018-2020. kept at the level of about 6.3-7.3 billion rubles.

Inventa does not comment on TAdviser's results for 2021.

In February 2022, a message appeared on the Kassopttorg website that Inventa, without explaining the reasons, raised prices for its fiscal drives by an average of 2 thousand rubles[2].

At the end of 2020, Inventa's revenue amounted to 6.346 billion rubles.
