2024: Revenue growth 1.5 times to ₽9,8 billion
PJSC NPO Iskra completed 2024 with a net profit of ₽314,3 million under RAS, overcoming a loss of ₽684 million a year earlier. The company's revenue, which produces electronics for the space industry, grew 1.5 times and reached ₽9,8 billion. The financial statements of the enterprise were published in early March 2025.
According to Interfax, the cost of sales of the enterprise increased by 40.9% to ₽8,7 billion, which is slower than revenue growth. Thanks to this, Iskra's gross profit increased 1.9 times and amounted to ₽1,1 billion.
Positive dynamics is also observed in other financial indicators of the company. In 2024, the company made a profit from sales in the amount of ₽70,2 million against a loss of ₽426,9 million a year earlier. Profit before tax amounted to ₽2,1 million, while in 2023 this figure was negative - ₽492 million.
NGO Iskra has significantly reduced its accounts payable - from ₽8,4 billion at the end of 2023 to ₽5,8 billion at the end of 2024. The company's accounts receivable increased slightly from ₽4,7 billion to ₽4,8 billion over the same period.
The company also reduced its liabilities. Short-term liabilities decreased from ₽21,8 billion to ₽19,3 billion, and long-term liabilities from ₽2,3 billion to ₽1,7 billion. This indicates the purposeful work of the enterprise to reduce the debt burden and improve the balance sheet structure.
NPO Iskra specializes in the development and production of a wide range of high-tech products. The assortment of the enterprise includes gas pumping units (GPA), gas turbine power plants, compressor equipment, equipment for oil and gas production enterprises, pumping equipment, as well as rocket and space products.

The decision was made to increase the efficiency of the integrated structures of the military-industrial complex. NPO Iskra is a federal research and production center and one of the largest industrial enterprises in Russia.
In accordance with the decree, KTRV will not pay dividends between 2024 and 2028. The released part of the profit will be used to finance investment projects related to the technological re-equipment of production facilities.
The funds will also be used to form a scientific and technical reserve to fulfill the tasks of the state defense order, finance social expenses and compensate for the costs of stabilizing the financial and economic condition of NGO Iskra.
The Russian government has been instructed to ensure the exemption of the Tactical Missile Weapons Corporation from paying dividends for the specified period. This will allow us to concentrate financial resources on the development of the production base and the fulfillment of government orders.
KTRV is one of the key enterprises of the Russian military-industrial complex. The inclusion of the Iskra NGO in its composition will strengthen the corporation's potential in the development and production of rocket engines.
The merger of enterprises is aimed at optimizing production processes and increasing the efficiency of fulfilling the state defense order. Integration will strengthen the scientific and technical competencies of both organizations.[1]
