Owners

Jetlend (Dzhetlend LLC) is the Russian kraudlendingovy platform through which private investors grant loans to small and medium business. A minimum amount of investments — 30 thousand rubles. According to own data of service, weighted average yield of the investor makes 21.1%. The company offers financing at the rates from 16% to 33% per annum for a period of up to 12 months for the amount to 3 million rubles.

JetLend is created in 2018 by Roman Horoshev and Evgeny Uskov, natives of Sberbank and also Mikhail Nikultsev who was earlier working in Oliver Wyman. The company is a resident of the innovation center "Skolkovo".

History

2020: Attraction of 37.5 million rubles of investments

On November 11, 2020 Jetlend announced attraction of 37.5 million rubles of investments. Graduates of Skolkovo business school Dmitry Shklyar and Andrey Chernetsov who in the amount received 19.8% of the company invested in a startup. 60.51% of Jetlend will remain at founders Roman Horoshev and Evgeny Uskov, the rest will be distributed between 6 minority investors.

These are not the first investments for Jetlend in 2020. In April the company attracted 5 million rubles from the following private investors: Dmitry Movchan (5.10%), Egor Korotkov (10.19%), Maxim Verzhak (4.23%). Also shares in the company were received by employees of the project - the marketing director Taras Cherevko (6%) and the underwriter Yaroslav Ezhov (1%). Earlier Dmitry Movchan, Egor Korotkov, Maxim Verzhak and Igor Nikolaev (2.9%) invested 13 million rubles in a startup.

The Russian kraudlendingovy Jetlend platform attracted 37.5 million rubles of investments

Since the beginning of 2020 by November of Jetlend increased number of borrowers by 3.5 times – up to 10.5 thousand. The amount of the issued loans grew by 4 times and reached 185 million rubles. The number of investors individuals, despite COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, since the beginning almost doubled and made 2746.

The investor Dmitry Shklyar considers a kraudlending the profitable tool for investors and a fast method of attraction of financial resources for business. He expects the 10-fold growth of the market within three years.[1]
