2024: Revenue growth by 65% to RUB 14.16 billion

In 2024, the K2 Cloud cloud provider (K2 Integration JSC) received 14.16 billion rubles in revenue. For comparison, a year earlier, the result of 8.58 billion rubles was shown. Thus, an increase of 65.1% was recorded, as stated in the financial statements, which TAdviser got acquainted with in early August 2025.

The cost of sales jumped by 69% year-on-year from 7.11 billion rubles to 12.02 billion rubles. Commercial expenses for the year practically did not change, remaining at the level of 946 million rubles, while management expenses more than doubled - from 172.26 million rubles to 375.05 million rubles. Other income rose by 18.1% - from 188.09 million rubles to 222.17 million rubles. Other expenses increased from 71.96 million rubles to 208 million rubles, that is, by 189%.

Payments to suppliers (contractors) for raw materials, materials, works and services increased by about one and a half times, reaching 11.63 billion rubles against 7.47 billion rubles in 2023. At the same time, revenues from the sale of products, goods, works and services doubled - from 7.26 billion rubles to 14.35 billion rubles. Expenses in connection with the remuneration of workers soared by 257.4% - from 293.71 million rubles to 1.05 billion rubles.

At the end of 2024, the gross profit of K2 Cloud amounted to 2.14 billion rubles: this is 46.4% more compared to the previous year, when it was 1.46 billion rubles. Profit from sales jumped by 138.1% - from 343.79 million rubles to 818.48 million rubles. The company received 673.9 million rubles of net profit against 373.38 million rubles in 2023 - an increase of 80.5%.

Accounts receivable on an annualized basis rose one and a half times, reaching 2.93 billion rubles as of December 31, 2024. Accounts payable increased by 85.3% - from 2.62 billion rubles to 4.85 billion rubles.^[1]
