2025: MMK bought Kama-Trade Tatarstan
The subsidiary of PJSC MMK - LLC Trading House MMK - became the sole owner of two companies - LLC Kama-Trade Tatarstan and LLC TD Kama-Trade Tatarstan. MMK through its Trading House two months ago entered the capital of a metal trader from Tatarstan, having bought 0.99% from the former owner Andrei Bredikhin in both companies. Corresponding changes occurred in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities in November 2025. For more than 15 years, Kama-Trade Tatarstan has been providing services for integrated provision of large and medium-sized processing enterprises with rolled metal.[1]
