2023: Name change to "Kordiant Kaluga"
In August 2023, the Continental Kaluga plant (Kaluga) changed its name to Kordiant Kaluga LLC and entered the holding of the same name: Kordiant JSC received 100% of the authorized capital of the plant. It comes months after the S8 Capital group acquired Russian tire assets of Germany's Continental and Russian tire maker Cordiant with three businesses in Omsk and Yaroslavl. Before the deal, Cordiant JSC belonged to top management.
