2024: "The founder of" RESO-Guarantee "became the owner of" La Studio "

The company "La Studio," known for its participation in the creation of popular animation projects, will become part of the film company "Blitz Film," founded by the Russian entrepreneur and co-owner of the insurance company "RESO-Garantia" Sergei Sarkisov. This became known in October 2024, according to the Unified Federal Register of Legally Significant Information.

According to Business News Agencies, La Studio was created in 2013 in Moscow with the participation of the Argus International film company and Luxor Group of Companies. Initially, its founder was the large Russian distributor Luxor Distribution, and later - the animation studio Aeroplan, known for such projects as Fixies and Smeshariki.

Since January 2024, the main founder of La Studio LLC has become Blitz Film LLC with a share of 32.5% of the authorized capital. It is noteworthy that back in 2017, La Studio changed its legal address to the address of the Moscow headquarters of RESO-Garantia.

There have also been changes in the management of "La Studio." At the end of August 2024, Mikhail Dukhovny left the post of general director. He was replaced by Mikhail Degtyarev, who previously headed the command partnership "Investment Company RESO" and the Company. "

La Studio's financial situation has been mixed in recent years. According to Rusprofile, after a loss-making 2018, the company showed zero revenue. In the same year, the arbitration court ordered La Studio to pay more than ₽11 million in the claim for a non-repaid loan, where Sergei Savelyev initially acted as a plaintiff, and later Sergey Sarkisov became his successor.

Blitz Film LLC, founded in 2017, is headed by Alexander Zhizhnevsky, who is also the general director of Na Paris LLC. The company has offices not only in Moscow, but also in Tbilisi and Los Angeles.^[1]
