Revenue growth by 41% to 51.5 billion rubles

At the end of January 2025, Ladoga published its 2024 results. According to the report, during this period, the company's revenue increased by 41%, reaching 51.5 billion rubles.

One of the significant achievements was the growth in the volume of shipment of products, which amounted to 26%, reaching 7.1 million decaliters in 2024, the group notes. Sales of own products in Russia increased by 45%, amounting to 5.8 million decaliters, and the total volume of production increased by 63%, amounting to 6.6 million decaliters.

The revenue of the alcohol producer "Ladoga" for the year increased by 41% and reached 51.5 billion rubles

The company also noted that in 2024 it entered the Top 5 largest alcohol producers in Russia, improving its result compared to 2023, when it ranked 7th. The output of finished products amounted to 6.6 million decaliters, which allowed Ladoga to occupy 5.4% of the Russian alcohol market.

As for certain categories of products, the company recorded a 58.6% increase in production in the vodka segment. Her brand "Tsarskaya" showed an increase in sales by 42.8%. Barrister gin shipments in 2024 reached 1.14 million decaliters, up 24.1% from a year earlier.

In the whiskey segment, Ladoga's production increased by 89%, reaching 809 thousand decaliters. The FOWLER'S brand, the company's main brand in the category, posted a 113% increase in sales. Its share in the whiskey category amounted to 7.7%, which allowed the brand to take third place among the best-selling whiskey in Russia, according to a press release. In the Roma segment, the company increased production by 243%, producing 20 thousand decaliters. This result allowed the Cool Skeleton brand to take 6th place in the ranking of rum producers. In addition, in 2024, Ladoga improved its position in the liquor market, increasing production by 22.2%.[1]

Purchase of Center-Product Visceral Plant in Budennovsk

Ladoga Group of Companies, a well-known producer of alcoholic beverages, including Tsarskaya vodka and Barrister gin, acquired the Center-Product distillate factory in Budennovsk, Stavropol Territory. In 2023, the revenue of the Ladoga group under RAS reached 20.08 billion rubles, which is 46.4% more than a year earlier. Net profit of one of the largest producers and distributors of alcoholic beverages in Russia increased by more than 5 times and amounted to 1.03 billion rubles. The company disclosed such data in the statements published in March 2024.

According to the CEO of Ladoga Veniamin Grabar, the growth of revenues was facilitated by the strategy of product sovereignty and technological independence, which became the defining strategy for the company in the long term.

According to Interfax, citing materials from Ladoga, the company's EBITDA in 2023 tripled compared to 2022 - to 2.15 billion rubles. EBITDA margin reached 10.8%, and operating profit - 2.07 billion rubles (an increase of 3.3 times compared to 2022).

By the end of 2023, Ladoga's net debt amounted to 3.1 billion rubles, which is almost twice as much as a year ago. In 2023, shipments of alcoholic beverages of Ladoga brands increased by 52% and amounted to 4 million decaliters. Sales of the import portfolio added 25% and for the first time in the history of the company exceeded 1 million decaliters. The total supply of alcohol, including under distribution contracts, in 2023 increased by 46%, to 5.2 million decaliters.

In addition, it is reported that Ladoga Wine's chain of its own retail stores in 2023 increased total sales by 26%, reaching 70 stores by the end of 2023.[2]

2024: Purchase of Tula Distillery
