The 21st century: The founder K-Systems Eduard Voronetsky planned to invest 600 million rubles in Langendorf
Having sold computer business to "daughter" Lanita, the founder K-Systems Eduard Voronetsky with family was engaged in development of hotel case. It purchased a Prussian castle manor Langendorf in the Kaliningrad region based on which creates the modern recreational complex of the same name. In February, 2017 Voronetsky shared the plans with TAdviser.
The Snow leopard trademark created in K-Systems together with a command passed to "daughter" Lanita - Treolan companies – in 2014.

The plants on production of computers which were located in the Kaliningrad region, Voronetsky closed. Them was two, with power about 1.5 million pieces electronics in a year. Treolan reported to TAdviser that assembly of the equipment under the Snow leopard brand is conducted in China, development of "stuffing" now - in Russia.

The Langendorf complex was included by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation in the list of means of accommodation of guests and organizers of the FIFA World Cup of 2018. The agreement with FIFA assumes that during the championship all number of rooms will be occupied. According to Voronetsky, it is going to place VIP-guests there.
Opening of a complex took place in December, 2016. The first hotel body, restaurant with karaoke bar and a summer verandah, the big improving center with procedural, the fitness center and the pool was started. As of the beginning of 2017 the complex already receives guests, and banquets are reserved from March to September, Voronetsky says. In addition, the yacht marine was started.
At the time of opening the complex received 4 stars. Eduard Voronetsky notes that infrastructure Langendorf is created on 5 stars and afterwards the complex expects to receive this qualification.
Other buildings are going to be put into operation in the middle of 2017. It is going to recreate architectural structures of section on the remained drawings and photos. As of the beginning of year recovery of a central object Langendorf – the Prussian lock is conducted, Voronetsky TAdviser told. In it the second luxury hotel body will be located.
In the territory of fortress the theater expected 300 people where it is possible to hold different events – banquets, concerts, parties will be started. It should be ready within a year. On the next stage creation of a golf field is planned, the director Langendorf of TAdviser told.
Voronetsky notes that he in this project "on a habit" uses high technologies. For example, its hotel complex is equipped one of the most modern geothermal systems allowing to receive hot water and heating from the earth. Wells were for this purpose drilled and the 12-kilometer collector feeding heatpumps is constructed. According to Voronetsky, a system allows to receive 5 KW of heat on 1 KW of electricity.

As of 2017 on investment volume it is the largest tourist object in the territory of the Kaliningrad region, Voronetsky claims: estimated investment volume, according to him, is about 600 million rubles.
The director Langendorf told TAdviser that it did not raise borrowed funds under this project - it is family business. Langendorf received subsidies from the region only for compensation of a part of costs on creation of a system of heat supply of an object on geothermal sources - about 3 million rubles, Voronetsky says.
In plans of the businessman – creation of own farm. It is useful for Langendorf restaurant to supply it with the products – vegetables, fruit and meat. It is going to breed sheep, cows and horses. The last will be intended not for food, and for walks of guests of a manor.
