History

2017: RedHelper Purchase

The company St. Petersburg LiveTex RedHelper from, which developed the online consulting platform, bought a rival Moscow company that promoted similar products for small and medium-sized businesses. This was reported in July 2017 by "" Businessman[1]

RedHelper shareholders, including Leta Capital, will receive a stake in LiveTex and $1 million. At the same time, the parties do not disclose the size of the share that will be transferred to the shareholders of the Moscow company.

2014

Co-founders of VKontakte invest $4 million in LiveTex

The developer of the online communications platform Livetex raised $4 million in the summer of 2014 from the Russian fund Vaizra Capital, owned by co-founders and former shareholders of VKontakte Lev Leviyev and Vyacheslav Mirilashvili. The funds received during the new round will be aimed at strengthening the infrastructure and developing a new line of products.

The number of LiveTex customers increased: from 1728 (as of January 1, 2012) to 5100 (as of December 1, 2013).

As of 2014, LiveTex is a company providing online consulting service in Russia. This is a platform solution for communicating with resource visitors. The system includes many features, including an Online Consultant, a'Lead Generator' and a call from the site. LiveTex easily integrates into the business processes of the company, allowing you to understand which communication channels are most efficient, which affects the level of sales and loyalty of visitors.

According to the company's latest research, the use of LiveTex tools allows not only to increase online sales by 20%, but also to significantly increase the average check (by about 32%). In addition, visitors who have received personal advice are 85-90% more likely to be satisfied with the service.

Livetex tools - "Online Consultant," "Lead Generator," "Call from the Site," "Virtual Assistant" - are used by players in various industries, such as Ulmart, Enter, Transaero, Tele2 and others. An internal analysis of the behavior of users of Livetex services showed that such products increase the conversion of successful operations of companies by 5-20%, depending on the industry and the level of penetration of products.

The online communications market was formed in Russia in 2009, but has been actively developed since 2012. According to a study by the independent agency Ruward: Track, since January 2014, the number of sites with established consultants has increased by 0.3 points - 10%. Compared to the same period in 2013, Livetex sales increased 2.5 times, and the number of customers - from 3900 to 5400 companies.
