LocoTech Service

LocoTech Service LLC is created in June, 2010 within the reform of the Russian railway transport based on the concept of development of a system of service maintenance and creation of the uniform center of responsibility for technical condition of locomotives. The main activity of the company — the organization of service maintenance of the traction rolling stock. Operational management of LocoTech Service LLC is performed by management company Lokotekh LLC.

History

2018: 801.2 million rubles are received from Lokotekh on social privileges and guarantees

The Lokotekh company in 2018 directed 801.2 million rubles to implementation of social privileges and guarantees to workers LocoTech Service (enters into Lokotekh Group) according to the Collective agreement, having completely fulfilled obligations to collectives. Lokotekh reported about it on March 20, 2019.

In 2018 within implementation of the Collective agreement compensation for expenses on payment of fare transport LocoTech Service and to members of their families 153.6 million rubles, were directed to railway workers to one-time encouragement at dismissal and in connection with retirement — 110.2 million rubles, on voluntary medical insurance — 131.9 million rubles.

Besides, on improvement of conditions and labor protection 217 million rubles, were directed to providing workers with individual protection equipment — 245 million rubles.

The average salary in service locomotive depots in 2018 was 39.7 thousand rubles that for 3% it is more than 2017.

In 2018 more than 10 thousand workers LocoTech Service had training, retraining and advanced training.

As explained in Lokotekh, the collective agreement for employees of LocoTech Service LLC was signed in December, 2016 for a period of 3 years.

2017: Over 804 million rubles are received from Lokotekh on social payments

The Lokotekh group in 2017 directed 804.3 million rubles to implementation of social privileges and guarantees to employees of LocoTech Service LLC (enters into Lokotekh Group) according to the collective agreement, having completely fulfilled obligations under the document.

In 2017 within the collective agreement signed in December, 2016 for a period of 3 years on the organization of journey 137.8 million rubles, were directed to employees of LocoTech Service and members of their families and also unemployed pensioners to one-time encouragement at dismissal and in connection with retirement — 98 million rubles, to voluntary medical insurance — 147.8 million rubles.

Besides, on improvement of conditions and labor protection 261.2 million rubles, were directed to providing workers with individual protection equipment — 260.5 million rubles.

The average salary in service locomotive depots in 2017 was 38.4 thousand rubles, with growth by 2016 for 7.4%.

In 2017 more than 8 thousand employees of service locomotive depots had training, retraining and advanced training.

The collective agreement for employees of LocoTech Service LLC was signed in December, 2016 for a period of 3 years.
