The Moscow humanities university — the Russian higher educational institution, autonomous nonprofit organization of the higher education.
The university is a higher educational institution of the University complex of the Eastern Administrative District (EAD) of the city of Moscow which for July, 2018 a number of the highest and average special educational institutions, more than 30 comprehensive schools, the enterprises and the VAO organizations enters.
MOSGU — the initiator of creation of the Union of non-state universities of the city of Moscow and the Moscow region, the Union of non-state educational institutions of Central Federal District of the Russian Federation.

On the basis of the Central women's school of sniper preparation the Central Komsomol School at the Central Committee of the All-Union Leninist Young Communist League is created.
