Macrobit

Among the projects implemented by the company by the end of 2013 - a number of works within creation SIEI in North Ossetia, creation in the region of the National Control system, the system of issue of recipes to regional exempts and an automated system of accounting of catering services at local schools.

The authorities of North Ossetia were burned on the contract about Macrobit twice

In October, 2013 the prosecutor's office of North Ossetia reported that according to the results of the inspection in administration of Vladikavkaz which is carried out together with regional government of FSB violations of the law at the organization of providing state services were revealed. To the head of administration of Vladikavkaz with respect thereto idea of elimination of violations of the law as a result of which consideration brought the deputy manager of administration staff of the city to disciplinary responsibility was taken out.

As reported bodies, violations, in particular, are connected with the contract of administration with Macrobit company. On its conditions the last had to perform completion and support of process charts of interdepartmental interaction according to changes in the administrative regulations approved by administration of Vladikavkaz. The contract was performed, delivery and acceptance certificates are signed.

During check it became clear that from modifed process charts of interdepartmental interaction when providing 17 municipal services, five were developed without existence of the administrative regulations developed and approved in accordance with the established procedure speak in prosecutor's office.

This case became the second for half a year when officials of North Ossetia had problems with local prosecutor's office because of projects on which acted as the contractor Macrobit. So, in June, 2013 the prosecutor's office announced starting criminal case on the Chairman of the Committee RSO-Alania on communication and information technologies Dzansolova after the carried-out inspection and the CEO Is banished, suspecting him of abuse of office.

As then reported law enforcement agencies, under the terms of the contract signed by IT committee of North Ossetia about Macrobit electronic services had to be developed for the direction of requests when rendering 59 state services by local state agencies and also - 40 electronic services for the direction of the data which are at the disposal of state agencies and local government authorities of North Ossetia.

As well as in the first case, delivery and acceptance certificates of works were adopted, however, according to the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications, in the republic for test and productive operation the IT committee registered only 4 electronic services, it was said in the statement of law enforcement agencies.

As a result proceedings were initiated also against the CEO Macrobit Aslanbek Mayramukayev whom bodies suspected of the fraud in the field of business activity committed in especially large size.

In December, 2013 a public reception of the representative at the head RSO-Alania on protection of the rights of entrepreneurs announced receiving and consideration of the address from the CEO Macrobit Aslanbek Mayramukayev. In it the businessman asked human rights activists to take measures in respect of actions of law enforcement officers of RSO-Alania who as he considers, illegally brought concerning it criminal case.
