Mareven Food Santral is a trade and production company whose main activity is the production of instant products and their sale in Russia and abroad. The company's products are produced under the well-known brands Rollton, BIGBON, Rolben, RolRol and Petra. The company has a developed infrastructure: three own plants, a logistics center, as well as offices in Russia.

The company is certified according to ISO 9001:2008. The certificate of compliance of the management system with the international standard ISO 9001:2008 was issued by the authoritative international certification society DNV Certification.

In 2008, Mareven Food Santral implemented an ERP implementation project. The launch of a unified enterprise planning system allows you to fully automate accounting and management of key enterprise processes.

2024: Revenue growth by 11.5% to RUB 31.8 billion

In 2024, Mareven Food Santral, a producer of instant noodles, supplying products under the Rollton and Bigbon brands, recorded revenues of 31.8 billion rubles. For comparison, a year earlier, the figure was 28.51 billion rubles. Thus, the growth was 11.5%, as stated in the financial statements, which TAdviser got acquainted with in mid-April 2025.

The cost of sales on an annualized basis rose by 28.8% - from 16.26 billion rubles to 20.94 billion rubles. Commercial expenses increased by a quarter, amounting to 5.43 billion rubles against 4.35 billion rubles in 2023. Management expenses increased by 18.2% - from 1.34 billion rubles to 1.59 billion rubles. Accounts receivable as of December 31, 2024 were registered in the amount of 5.01 billion rubles: this is 11.4% more than in the previous year, when it was 4.5 billion rubles. At the same time, accounts payable decreased by 1.8% - from 2.55 billion rubles to 2.51 billion rubles.

Instant noodle producer Mareven Food Santral increased annual revenue to 31.8 billion rubles

Gross profit decreased from 12.25 billion rubles to 10.86 billion rubles, that is, by 11.4%. Profit from sales fell by 41.5%, reaching 3.84 billion rubles against 6.56 billion rubles in 2023. Profit before tax decreased by 46.8% - from 6.08 billion rubles to 3.23 billion rubles. In 2024, Mareven Food Santral received 2.55 billion rubles in net profit: this is 46.3% less than in 2023, when the company earned 4.75 billion rubles.

The report says that revenues from sales of products, goods, works and services on an annualized basis increased by 12.4% - from 28.24 billion rubles to 31.74 billion rubles. Payments to suppliers (contractors) for raw materials, materials, works and services jumped by 33.8%, amounting to 23.46 billion rubles against 17.53 billion rubles in 2023.[1]
