In the early 2000s, a joint venture insurance of the company "" and the RESO-Warranty Swiss holding of the same name was created. MedSwiss mainly serves patients insured within the framework VHI of RESO-Guarantee. Since the founding of the company, its president has been the wife of the co-owner of the RESO group Sergey Sarkisov Rusudan Makhashvili (as of November 2021, she is the deputy director general of RESO for working with medical institutions). According to her, after the crisis of 2008, the insurer withdrew from the project, and the network was sold to the company's management.

As of November 2021, the network includes 15 clinics, the last of which, on Hasek Street, was commissioned in April 2021.
