Media partner

The company is created in September, 2005.

In 2006 UST group purchased ID RZD-Partner owning the magazine of the same name, the Internet portal, Reklamotiv advertizing agency and the Sakvoyazh-SV magazine. These assets were merged in Media Partner holding.

As of January, 2016 owns a number of the structures which are engaged in production of newspapers and magazines about the railroad and for passengers of the Russian Railway (Arrow, "The October trunk", RZD-Partner) and also networks of newspaper booths ("Automated workplace Beep") near the station and distributions of the press in trains ("Reylvey Media").

The RZD-Partner magazine, according to own data, has the biggest circulation among transport editions of Russia, CIS and Baltic countries – 15,000 copies. Since January, 2007 RZD-Partner leaves 2 times a month. The Strela newspaper appears every two weeks, the circulation of one release, according to own data, makes 50,000 copies, the cumulative monthly circulation of the edition – 100,000 ekzeplyar.

Besides, Media of partners possess 70% in Business Dialog company which is engaged in the organization and holding the international forums and exhibitions of transport, industrial and military subject and also 51% in TASS Information Technologies company (remained 49% own Business TASS LLC belonging to ITAR-TASS agency).

Owners of Media of partners are the former deputy director of PR-department of the Russian Railway Vitaly Krivenko and the ex-adviser to the president of the Russian Railway Sergey Orlov.

Krivenko - one of the former top managers of the Mikhaylov and Partners PR-agency. Since December, 2015 he is also a co-owner of the New cloud technologies company which is releasing the product "MyOffice".
