STC

The scientific and technical center of MTL is a team of developers: engineers, designers, programmers, mathematicians, many of whom have degrees. NTC specialists developed unique samples of medical equipment, many of which were able to be introduced into mass production.

For 2017, according to the company, MTL is the leading supplier in Russia in the field of mammology equipment, and also occupies a leading position in the field of information technology in diagnostics (PACS and RIS systems).

In mid-2017, MTL produced and supplied more than five thousand units of equipment that successfully operate in leading clinics in the country.

History

2022: Launch of injection needles and syringes for 600 million rubles

On October 20, 2022, it became known that the production of injection needles and syringes for 600 million rubles is being launched in Bashkortostan. This project is implemented by the company "Medical Technologies," which was included in the register of residents of the territory of advanced development (TOP) "Kumertau" of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Medical Technologies organizes the production of single-use injection needles for medical syringes and other medical devices. The production capacity should be up to 220 million injection needles per year. The products will be supplied to medical institutions in Bashkortostan and neighboring regions.

It is assumed that in monetary terms the turnover of the enterprise will reach 264 million rubles.

57 jobs will be created at the site. Medical Technologies will invest about 310 million rubles in the project.

According to SPARK-Interfax, Medical Technologies LLC was registered in July 2022, its founder is Nafisa Gatina.

Gatina also owns 100% in Prokvadrat Medical LLC, which in October 2022 became a resident of the Kumertau TOP with a project to produce "a wide range of medical injection syringes and other medical devices using digital transformation technologies." The volume of investments in this plant is estimated at 310 million rubles, the construction and production period is 2022-2028. The company plans to produce up to 150 million products per year.

Thus, the total investment in the production of injection needles and syringes in Bashkortostan will exceed 600 million rubles.

Earlier in Dubna, the first mass production of bilateral needles with an imaging camera for taking venous blood was launched in Russia. Investments in the project amounted to 487 million rubles.^[1]

2015: Inclusion in the List of the systemically important enterprises of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation

In 2015, MTL was included in the List of backbone enterprises of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

2011: V. Putin inspects "the first Russian tomograph"

In April 2011 prime minister V.V. Putin solemnly presented a tomograph from CJSC 'Medical Technologies Ltd.' There was television, there were many beautiful and solemn words. And somewhere in the background, GE Healthcare employees showed Hollywood smiles - because it was entirely their development, the'screwdriver' assembly of which they promised to gradually localize as much as possible. It is quite possible that over time this would have been implemented, but only 2014 came, and the sanctions that hit Russia zeroed all these plans^[2].

2010: Agreement with GE Healthcare to manufacture BrightSpeed Elite CT scanner in Russia

MTL is the first company in Russia to sign a strategic partnership agreement in the field of production of high-tech diagnostic medical equipment in the Russian Federation with the world technological leader - General Electric Healthcare (GE Healthcare). As part of the agreement, since 2010, the production facilities of MTL in Moscow have launched the serial production of the GE Healthcare BrightSpeed ​ ​ Elite computer tomograph, which became the first serial computer tomograph produced in Russia in a 16-slice configuration. In 2012, the production of a computed tomograph in a 64-cut configuration and an ultrasound diagnostic apparatus began.

All products of the company are developed and manufactured in accordance with world quality standards and controlled by the Quality Management System, certified for compliance with international quality standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2003. In addition, the quality management system has passed a multi-stage audit for compliance with the highest standards in the field of quality, environmental protection and labor protection of GE Healthcare.

2009: Creation of a telemedicine diagnostic radiological IT system in the Krasnodar Territory

In 2009, the company implemented a unique project to create a regional telemedicine diagnostic radiological information system in the Krasnodar Territory.

2006: The largest supplier of equipment within the framework of the national project "Health"

In 2006-2007, MTL became the leader in the supply of medical equipment to medical institutions in the country as part of a priority national project in the field of health care.

2001: The start of the development of the direction of complex diagnostic equipment

In the early 2000s, MTL announced itself on the market. An ambitious goal was set - to become a leader in Russia in the field of complex diagnostic equipment.
