2024: Completion of the household appliance plant. Investments - 2.9 billion rubles

In the village of Sadovy, Novosibirsk Region, the construction of a plant for the production of household appliances has been completed. Investments in the project amounted to ₽2,9 billion. This became known in October 2024. The enterprise, built by Miarit Firm LLC, plans to begin production in 2025.

According to Interfax, the plant will produce refrigerators and other household appliances under the Leran brand. The area of ​ ​ the enterprise is 40.5 thousand square meters. m, 200 people will work on it.

The project has been implemented since January 2020. In 2024, it is planned to complete the construction of a cold warehouse, which will be used for part of the production and storage of finished products. The investor also intends to buy out the land plot and install equipment to start production. It is expected that the emergence of a new large production will contribute to the development of the industrial potential of the Novosibirsk region and the creation of new jobs in the region.

The representative of "Miarit" Andrei Kashin said that the plant near Novosibirsk will be the first production of the company. Kashin added that before that, two large logistics centers in the Chelyabinsk and Novosibirsk regions worked in the structure of the company.

According to the publication, the agreement on the construction of the plant was signed in June 2024 in St. Petersburg by the Governor of the Novosibirsk Region Andrei Travnikov, the representative of Miarit Firm LLC Andrei Kashin and the owner of Stroybusinessgruppe Corporation Edgar Karapetyan.

The products of the new plant are planned to be sold through retail chains, marketplaces and their own online platform. The launch of the enterprise will expand the production of household appliances in the Siberian region, where before that the only manufacturer of refrigerators was the Krasnoyarsk company Biryusa^[1]
