2024: Opening of the technopark
The new industrial and logistics park "Milovanov" with a total area of 165 hectares was presented on To Balashikha December 8, 2024. Investments in the project amounted to ₽40 billion, and its implementation will ensure the creation of more than 4 thousand jobs. According to RBC, the industrial project is created according to the Greenfild concept, taking into account the current business needs. At the time of opening, 60% of the area of the first stage is already occupied by residents. The project provides full electricity and gas supply for all residents.
Milovanov technoparkThe head of Balashikha, Sergei Yurov, stressed that the creation of new jobs is one of the key directions for the development of the city, where four industrial parks have already been implemented, completely filled with residents. More than 200 hectares of territory have been prepared for the construction of the following facilities.
The technopark is located 17 km from the Moscow Ring Road, 25 km from the Central Ring Road and 2 km from a promising interchange with the M12 highway, as well as 2 km to the exit to the Nosovikhinskoye highway. The complex includes production, warehouse, logistics, administrative, technical and office premises.
Konstantin Zlobin, General Director for Development of Asterra, noted that industrial projects are becoming catalysts for creating new jobs and attracting the necessary investments. When designing, special attention is paid to the harmonious neighborhood of industrial facilities with residential areas and the implementation of an environmental strategy.
Asteras has already sold three industrial and logistics parks in Balashikha - Lunn, Demidov and Rumyantsev with a total area of 66 hectares. The total investment of residents in these projects will amount to ₽14,9 billion. Thanks to their launch, more than 1.6 thousand jobs have been created.
According to the company, in the existing parks, 37% of the area is occupied by production, 10% - by metalworking enterprises, 47% - warehouses and logistics complexes. The occupancy rate of facilities reached 99%, which demonstrates a high demand for industrial infrastructure in the region.[1]
