Ministry of Economic Development of the Altai Republic

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Altai Republic is the executive body of state power of the Altai Republic, implementing the implementation of state policy and legal regulation in the field of socio-economic development of the Altai Republic, strategic planning, entrepreneurial activities, trade activities, foreign economic activity, investment activities and activities of social investors, industrial policy, property and land relations, development and implementation of state programs of the Altai Republic, mobilization training of the economy of the Altai Republic, regulation of the contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works, services to meet the state needs of the Altai Republic, public-private partnership, control and supervision functions, provision of public services, law enforcement and other functions in the established field of activity.

2019

Renaming to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Altai Republic

By decree of the Head of the Altai Republic of December 24, 2019 No. 345-u, the Ministry of Economic Development and Property Relations of the Altai Republic was renamed the Ministry of Economic Development of the Altai Republic^[1].

Name change to the Ministry of Economic Development and Property Relations of the Altai Republic

By the Decree of the Government of the Altai Republic of March 18, 2019 No. 79 in the name, the word "tourism" was replaced by the words "property relations"^[2].

2015: Name change to Ministry of Economic Development and Tourism of Altai Republic

By the Decree of the Government of the Altai Republic of March 4, 2015 No. 58 in the name of the Ministry, the words "economy, tourism, investments and entrepreneurship" were replaced by the words "economic development and tourism"^[3].

2014: Activities of the Ministry of Economy, Tourism, Investment and Entrepreneurship of the Altai Republic

By decree of the Head of the Altai Republic of October 22, 2014 No. 272-u, the Ministry of Economic Development and Investments of the Altai Republic was abolished. The Ministry of Economy, Tourism, Investment and Entrepreneurship of the Altai Republic was formed. The Ministry was transferred the functions of the abolished Ministry of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of the Altai Republic and the Ministry of Economic Development and Investment of the Altai Republic, with the exception of functions on regional informatization, including the creation and operation of state information systems, implementation of administrative reform in the Altai Republic, regulation of legal relations related to the provision of state and municipal services, coordination and regulation of foreign economic and interregional relations of the Altai Republic, exhibition and fair^[4]."

The Ministry of Economy, Tourism, Investment and Entrepreneurship of the Altai Republic is the executive body of state power of the Altai Republic, implementing state policy and legal regulation in the field of socio-economic development of the Altai Republic, development of tourism, entrepreneurial activity, foreign economic activity, investment activity and activities of social investors, development and implementation of state programs of the Altai Republic, mobilization training of the economy of the Altai Republic, regulation of the contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works, services to meet the state needs of the Altai Republic.

2006: Education of the Ministry of Economic Development and Investment of the Altai Republic

In February 2006, the Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Entrepreneurship of the Altai Republic was abolished and the Ministry of Economic Development and Investment of the Altai Republic^[5] formed].

2002: Transformation into the Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Entrepreneurship of the Altai Republic

The Law of the Altai Republic of February 19, 2002 No. 3-12 approved the structure of the Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Entrepreneurship of the Altai Republic.

Decree of the Government of the Altai Republic of April 18, 2002 No. 74 approved the Regulation on the Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Entrepreneurship of the Altai Republic. The same decree established that the Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Entrepreneurship of the Altai Republic is the successor to the Ministry of Economy of the Altai Republic^[6].

1998

Return to the Ministry of Economy of the Altai Republic

By the Decree of the State Assembly - El Kurultai of the Altai Republic dated September 25, 1998 No. 6-26, the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Altai Republic was abolished and the Ministry of Economy of the Altai Republic was again formed.

Formation of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Altai Republic

In accordance with the Decree of the State Assembly - El Kurultai of the Altai Republic dated July 15, 1998 No. 5-23, the Ministry of Economy of the Altai Republic was abolished. The powers and functions were transferred to the newly formed Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Altai Republic. The Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Altai Republic also transferred the functions of the Ministry of Finance of the Altai Republic, the Committee for the Development of Entrepreneurship, Industry and Investment Policy, and the Committee for External Relations.

1997: Transformation into the Ministry of Economy of the Altai Republic

By the Decree of the State Assembly - El Kurultai of the Altai Republic dated February 19, 1997 No. 19-1, the Committee on Economics in the structure of the Government of the Altai Republic was transformed into the Ministry of Economy of the Altai Republic.

1994: Transformation into the Economic Committee in the structure of the Government of the Altai Republic

By the Decree of the State Assembly - El Kurultai of the Altai Republic dated March 1, 1994 No. 2-14, the Committee of Economics in the structure of the Government of the Altai Republic was approved.

1993: Adoption of the Regulation on the State Committee on Economics

The Regulation on the State Committee on Economics was approved by Decree of the Government of the Altai Republic of December 6, 1993 No. 282.

1992: Education of the State Committee on Economics

By the Decree of the Government of the Altai Republic of February 17, 1992 No. 30, the State Committee on Economics was formed.
