The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Crimea is the Executive Body of State Power of the Republic of Crimea, carrying out state policy and implementing (as of August 2018) functions on regulatory and legal regulation in the field of health protection of citizens in the territory of the Republic of Crimea, control in the field of health protection, sectoral or intersectoral management in the most important industries and established areas of activity, the provision of public services in the field of health protection and state property management, as well as coordinating, in established cases, the activities of other executive bodies of state power of the Republic of Crimea in this area.
