Alexey Natarov was born in the Khabarovsk Territory.
Education
He graduated from Voronezh State Medical University named after N.N. Burdenko in the specialties "Ambulance Doctor" and "Organizer of Healthcare Work." He entered the residency in urology in 2008.
Career
2010-2016
Since 2010, he worked as an ambulance team doctor and urologist at BSMP No. 1 in Voronezh, from 2014 to 2016 - head of polyclinic No. 21 in the regional center, then - deputy head physician for organizational and methodological work at BSMP No. 1.
2024: Appointment as Minister of Health of Crimea
In July 2024, Alexei Natarov, who previously worked as the head physician of the Liskinskaya district hospital in the Voronezh region, was appointed the new Minister of Health of Crimea.

Former Minister of Health Konstantin Skorupsky left the chair of his own free will. At the end of April 2024, he said that if all the necessary medicines from the grace list are not received by May 15, he will resign.
