Ministry of Transport and Road Facilities of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic

In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the CBD of November 29, 2019 No. 211-PP^[1]Transport and Road Facilities ^[1] the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic is the executive body of state power of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, which performs the functions of developing and implementing policies in the field of transport and road facilities in the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic.

History

2019: Renamed the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the CBD

By order of the Government of the KBR dated October 30, 2019 No. 526-rp, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Digital Development of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic was renamed the Ministry of Transport and Road Facilities of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic^[2] of ^[2].

2018: Activities of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Digital Development of the CBD

On the basis of the Decree of the Government of the CBD of July 26, 2018 No. 151-PP^[3], the Ministry of Infrastructure and Digital Development of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (until 2018 - the State Committee of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic for Transport and Communications^[4]) was the executive body of state power of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, which performs the functions of developing and implementing state policy and legal regulation in the field of transport complex, housing and communal services, communications, information technologies and digital development of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic.
