2014: Activities of the Ministry of Construction and Infrastructure of the Chelyabinsk Region

By Decree of the Governor of the Chelyabinsk Region dated December 29, 2014 No. 279, Decree of the Governor of the Chelyabinsk Region dated August 9, 2004 No. 408 "On Approval of the Regulation, Structure and Staffing of the Ministry of Construction, Infrastructure and Road Facilities of the Chelyabinsk Region[1].

The Ministry of Construction and Infrastructure of the Chelyabinsk Region is the executive authority of the Chelyabinsk Region. The main tasks of the Ministry are:

  • development and implementation of a unified state policy of the Chelyabinsk region in the following subordinate sectors: construction, architecture, urban planning, the construction materials industry, communal energy, gas industry, housing and communal services;
  • prioritizing the development of industries and organizations under the authority of the Ministry;
  • formation and improvement of legal framework and provision of effective construction supervision for effective functioning of subordinate industries;
  • information provision of state authorities of the Chelyabinsk region, local self-government, organizations and the population of the Chelyabinsk region on issues within the competence of the Ministry;
  • ensuring investment attractiveness of supervised industries, increasing the availability of services of organizations operating in the industries supervised by the Ministry. The Ministry's priority is to promote competition in commodity markets within the Ministry's scope.

2004: Activities of the Ministry of Construction, Infrastructure and Road Facilities of the Chelyabinsk Region

On the basis of the Decree of the Governor of the Chelyabinsk Region dated August 9, 2004 No. 408, the Ministry of Construction, Infrastructure and Road Facilities of the Chelyabinsk Region was the executive authority of the Chelyabinsk Region.

The Ministry's activities were aimed at implementing a unified state policy in the following sectors: construction, architecture and urban planning, engineering infrastructure (municipal energy, gas industry, fuel industry, transport, communications, housing and communal services) and road economy.
