Ministry of Culture of the Kaluga Region

The ministry of kulturykaluzhsky area is executive authority of the Kaluga region, has the executive and control powers carried to its maintaining. The main tasks of the ministry are:

• implementation of the main directions of the unified state policy in the field of culture in the territory of the Kaluga region;
• development of state and departmental targeted cultural development programs in the Kaluga region, taking into account the socio-economic, environmental, cultural and other characteristics of the Kaluga region;
• regulatory regulation of cultural relations;
• enforcement of cultural legislation;
• creating conditions for the development of cultural activities in the Kaluga region;
• Creating conditions for the preservation and enhancement of cultural property in support of traditional and innovative cultural and arts activities;
• creation of conditions for development of creative, intellectual, scientific, potential of children and youth;
• ensuring the constitutional rights and legitimate interests of students, pupils, as well as the rights and legitimate interests of pedagogical workers;
• Participation in cultural innovation within the framework of its mandate;
• Ensuring openness and accessibility of information in the field of culture in the Kaluga region;
• ensuring in the exercise of their powers the priority of goals and objectives for the development of competition in commodity markets in the established sphere of activity.
