2025: Launch of creams, face masks, scrubs and shampoos for ₽1,4 billion in the Moscow region

The company "Mixit" opened a new production complex in SolnechnogorskMoscow region. Investment in construction amounted to ₽1,4 billion. The design capacity of the enterprise is about 340 tons of various cosmetic products per day. This was announced on November 19, 2025 by the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Investments, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region Ekaterina Zinovieva.

According to Vedomosti, Deputy Prime Minister of the Moscow Region Yekaterina Zinovieva noted that the launch of a new production and warehouse complex in Solnechnogorsk is a significant stage in expanding the company's production capabilities. According to her, the area of ​ ​ the production building is about 5 thousand square meters, the warehouse complex is about 8 thousand square meters. The project has created over 500 jobs.

The site has installed modern equipment that provides continuous automated production. All stages - from the supply of raw materials to packaging - are controlled by a single "smart" system based on the solutions of world automation leaders. This line was created at the plant independently on the basis of domestic developments. Previously, European equipment was used.

In 2025, four reactors operate at the site. Of these, two five-ton produce shampoos and gels - up to 60 tons per day with a growth potential of up to 110 tons. Two more are prepared emulsions - creams and air conditioners - with a capacity of over 18 tons per day. Other types of technological equipment also work, allowing to produce a total of up to 56 tons per day of other types of cosmetic products.

It is also planned to install two more universal six-ton reactors. This will further increase the volume and range of products. Additional equipment will expand the technological capabilities of the enterprise. The versatility of the reactors gives flexibility in production planning.^[1]

2024: Construction of a cosmetics plant in Solnechnogorsk

In the urban district of Solnechnogorsk, Moscow Region, the construction of a new cosmetics plant has been completed, investments in which amounted to ₽1,4 billion. At the enterprise of the company "Mixit" the production of all types of care cosmetics will be established. This became known on September 10, 2024.

By this date, the company is installing and adjusting equipment. The area of ​ ​ the new complex is 4 thousand square meters, and its launch will create more than 300 jobs for residents of the Solnechnogorsk district, including highly qualified specialists, such as technologists for the development of cosmetics recipes.

The new enterprise will install a modern continuous production system, which includes more than ten high-tech lines for the production of both care cosmetics, foaming agents and household chemicals. The plant will be launched in stages. At the first stage, it is planned to start work on the preparation of emulsions, such as creams and hair conditioners. The installation of the reactors has already been completed, and commissioning is underway. The second stage will be the launch of a section for the preparation of foaming agents and household chemicals, where the installation of equipment is also nearing completion, and the adjustment is scheduled for the end of October 2024. At the last stage, the product filling section will be launched. Upon completion of all stages, the company will move to complete automation of production processes.

The founder of the company "Mixit" Oleg Pai noted that the demand for the company's products significantly exceeds the current production capacity. The commissioning of the new plant will allow you to quickly respond to market demands and increase the volume of products. The company plans to triple production to cover the needs of customers for high-quality cosmetics at affordable prices.^[2]
