2019: Morion Digital Technopark - Skolkovo Foundation Regional Operator

Morion Digital Technopark, the largest urban-type private technopark in Russia by area and investment, signed a cooperation agreement with the Skolkovo Foundation in December 2019 and received the status of a regional fund operator in the Perm Territory. This will allow Perm technology companies to receive the status of a Skolkovo resident and use all measures to support the fund without leaving the Kama region. The strategic partner of the regional operator Skolkovo in the region will also be Technopark Perm.

Among the main measures to support the Skolkovo Foundation are acceleration programs, collective use centers, mentoring programs, assistance in attracting investments and commercialization, as well as grants and tax benefits for residents.
