Main objectives of its activity: comprehensive care of veterans, mercy and charity, social legal protection, the specific help to the lonely pensioners having a serious illness, wounds, contusions, familiarizing of veterans with moral and patriotic education of youth on the basis of military history, perpetuating of memory of the fallen defenders of the Fatherland.
