Agency "Mosgortur":

• collects, systematizes and takes into account the information necessary to determine the needs of the city of Moscow for children's recreation and recovery;
• collects and takes into account applications sent by the executive authorities of the city of Moscow, acting customers of away recreation and rehabilitation of children;
• Plans retreat and rehabilitation of children for the coming year, on the basis of applications received;
• Develop unique children's recreation programmes and train counselors for their work in children's camps;
• Monitors the quality of paid recreation services for children provided by health institutions and their compliance with the requirements of the state standard for children's recreation;
• Organizes and conducts joint activities with children's health facilities aimed at improving the effectiveness of their activities.
