2017: Attempt at the co-owner of bank Alim Daduyev

Killers from taxi service - Magomed Isaev and Hussein Kudayev had to kill the former co-owner of Mosuralbank Alim Daduyev.

Daduyeva, according to the Investigative Committee of Russia (ICR), for $ 100 thousand absconded and vessels the native of Chechnya Said Turluyev ordered.

On September 19, 2017 Daduyev's car Toyota on Vernadsky Avenue in Moscow was caught up by the taxi from which in the victim three shots were made. The businessman who got severe wounds was taken to hospital in time, and doctors could save to him life. In 2020 the court awarded Isaeva ten years of maximum security penal colony, and to Kudayev — is one year less.

2018: Revocation of license

The Bank of Russia revoked on June 22, 2018 a license for banking operations from "The Moscow and Ural joint stock bank" (it is registered in Moscow). 

As it appears from the message of the press service of the Central Bank, the business model of Mosuralbank had the expressed captive character and was focused on service of interests of its shareholders and the persons affiliated with them. Crediting of borrowers and implementation of transactions with the persons related to beneficiaries of credit institution led to education on its balance of considerable volume of troubled assets.

"Mosuralbank submitted to the Bank of Russia significantly the false reporting hiding existence in its activity of the bases for implementation of measures for warning of insolvency (bankruptcy) and obligatory revocation of license on banking operations. Information on the specified facts having signs of commission of penal acts will be sent by the Bank of Russia to law enforcement agencies" — noted in the press service of the regulator.

In bank the temporary administration valid up to the moment of appointment of the receiver or the liquidator is appointed. Powers of executive bodies of Mosuralbank are suspended.

It Mosuralbankyavlyatsya is a participant of deposit insurance system. According to data of the reporting, on the value of assets for June 1, 2018 the credit institution took the 269th place in a banking system of the Russian Federation.
