Mxi Technologies

Mxi is a supplier of the integrated and intelligent solutions for management of maintenance of the products operated by the enterprises and the organizations of the global aviation industry. Mxi delivers to the enterprises of defense industry complex, commercial airlines, the certified organizations, busy maintenance, repair and an overhaul (MRO) the equipment and to producers of the completing (OEM) a specialized software, rendering services in its implementation and technical support. Mxi is the global organization with the state more than 265 employees and the central office in Ottawa, Canada.

The Mxi Maintenix software product is constructed on the solutions helping to use assets of the aviation industry, increasing potential income of the enterprises due to observance of standards and cost optimization at service of the equipment. The network of customers of Mxi includes as the companies and the organizations of the average size, and the largest enterprises of the world air transportation beginning the activity, at each of territorially isolated platforms of which thousands of users work. Among the largest customers there are airlines Southwest Airlines, Air France, KLM, Qantas, China Airlines, LATAM, Icelandair, NetJets, manufacturing companies of the aircraft equipment Boeing, BAE Systems, Saab, Pratt & Whitney and the Air Force of some states.

IFS, the international software provider for the corporate sector, signed the agreement with owners of Mxi Technologies Ltd ("Mxi") on acquisition of the company in December, 2016. IFS is going to close the deal on Mxi acquisition in the first quarter 2017.
