2018: The Moscow Commerzbank and NBK-Bank completed integration process

The Russian subsidiary banks of the Halyk financial group, largest in Kazakhstan, announced in May, 2018 completion of the procedure of the reorganization performed in the form of accession of JSC NBK-Bank (the child organization JSC People's Bank of Kazakhstan) to CB Moskommertsbank (JSC) (the child organization JSC Kazkommertsbank).

The corresponding record in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities of the Russian Federation was made by Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation on May 15, 2018. From this date all rights and obligations of NBK-bank passed to Moscow Commerzbank which became the legal successor according to all obligations of NBK-bank.

The clients and partners of the Halyk group working at local market within joint Russian-Kazakhstan projects will become a part of the customer base of the united bank. The bank will be focused on provision of services to small and medium entrepreneurs and also large corporate clients, giving a priority to development of transaction services and trade acquiring.
