The NGS Distribution company was founded in 2012 by team of experts with wealth of experience in the field of information security and independent investors. Before meeting together, team members of NGS Distribution worked at the most different positions in the companies integrators, developers of means of protecting and distributors.

The NGS Distribution company cooperates with the leading world developers of products in information security field and is a distributor of such vendors as AlgoSec, Application Security, Bitdefender, Fortinet, GTB Technologies, LogLogic, Septier, Stonesoft and others. NGS Distribution is the distributor of products and services in information security fields and managements of IT of infrastructure of the next generation (Next Generation Security Distribution) proposing to the partners the finished complete solutions based on technologies of different vendors. NGS Distribution works through network of the authorized partners in the territory of Russia, Kazakhstan and other CIS countries.

History

2012: License of FSB

The NGS Distribution company fulfilled the requirements "Regulations on licensing …", to the approved software No. 313 and obtained the license of FSB for implementation of activities for distribution of cryptographic means, to execution of works, rendering services in the field of enciphering of information and to maintenance of cryptographic means. The license is obtained according to new "Regulations on licensing of activities for development, production, distribution of cryptographic (cryptographic) tools...", the approved order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 313 of April 16, 2012. The changes made this year in this provision toughened requirements to licensees, in particular, to existence in staff of qualified specialists. The license obtained by NGS Distribution company allows to extend, in particular, through a partner network the products containing cryptographic algorithms and to render the qualified help to partners in project implementation in whom means of enciphering are used. Validity period of this license is not limited.

2012: NGS Distribution in Kazakhstan

In December, 2012 NGS Distribution announced opening of the separate legal entity for conducting distribution activity in the territory of Central Asia. Again organized company NGS Distribution Central Asia is based to Almaty, Kazakhstan.

NGS Distribution CA is created for the purpose of increase in efficiency of development of a partner network, improvement of coordination when implementing complex local projects, regional expansion and ensuring territorial availability of solutions of world leaders to information security fields, IT of optimization and protection of automated process control systems (APCS).

The office NGS Distribution Central Asia was headed by Nadirkhanov Ghani who was earlier holding executive position in division of information security of one of the Kazakhstan banks. "Basic functions of NGS Distribution CA will be: full support of partners at all stages of projects, control of strictness of observance of obligations for protection of interests of each our partner and vendor and also a vigorous marketing activity", - Mr. Nadirkhanov commented on the appointment.

NGS Distribution Central Asia, executing a role of the distributor of solutions of information security, protection of an APCS and management of IT of infrastructure, will work only through network of partners. A system the equal, open relations with all partners and vendors, the companies of group essentially do not enter in any mixed holdings and other associations and also are not engaged in an adjacent business activity in order to avoid a conflict of interest with system integrators, vendors or training centers.
