NIPIGAZrefining participates in the largest projects in the oil and gas industry and petrochemicals - Amur GPP, ZapSibNeftekhim, Yamal LNG, Arctic-LNG-2, Moscow Refinery. History

2021: Exit from Sibur Holding

SIBUR removed the engineering company NIPIGAZ from the holding. This became known on October 1, 2021. The holding's share in NIPIGAZ shares as of October 2021 is zero percent. Previously, SIBUR owned 108644 shares of NIPIGAZ. This represented 16.76% of the company's share capital or about a fifth of the voting shares.

Back in July 2021, SIBUR reported that, as part of a merger with TAIF, it would exclude NIPIGAZ from its NIPIGAZ, whose shares will be distributed as dividends among the current shareholders of SIBUR Holding.
