2021: Plans of creation of the plant on production of supplies for IVL

The resident of the SEZ ""Technopolice "Moscow" will construct on the platform "Alabushevo" the plant on production of supplies for ventilators, the systems of blood transfusion and solutions and also containers for blood collecting. Investments into project implementation will make 1.69 billion rubles, is going to start production in 2023, reported "Technopolice "Moscow" on January 20, 2021 according to the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Yefimov.

The plant on production of medical products with a total area of 18 thousand square meters will appear on the land plot of 3.4 hectares on the platform "Alabushevo" of the SEZ "Technopolice "Moscow". The beginning of construction is planned for the end of 2021, production start - for 2023. Until the end of 2023 the investor will invest 1.69 billion rubles in localization of production and will create more than 270 jobs, – the deputy mayor told.

By words, the Head of Department of investment and industrial policy Alexander Prokhorov, products of the resident will be executed using granules of self-produced medical PVC-plastic compound.

In the project progress the company is going to come to the annual production volume not less than 480 thousand respiratory circuits and 1.4 million respiratory filters for ventilators. Thus products will be executed using self-produced medical plastic, - he added.

According to the CEO of the SEZ "Technopolice "Moscow" of Gennady Dyogtev, the plant will help to increase a share of domestic production in domestic market.

Products of the enterprise fully answer the import substitution purposes – its products are almost completely executed of domestic raw materials. Besides, when the company received the status of the resident of the SEZ "Technopolice "Moscow" in December, 2020, considerable tax preferences became available to it: preferential income tax rate, a zero tax rate on property, the earth and transport within 10 years from the moment of obtaining the status and also access to duty-free import, – he noted.
