2024: Appointment of Bayan Konirbayev as Chairman of the Board

2016: Kazsatnet joined NIT

On November 11, 2016, Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 696 on the reorganization of the National Information Technologies Joint-Stock Company by joining the National Company Kazsatnet Joint-Stock Company was issued.

2008: Inclusion in Zerde Holding

Since 2008, NIT JSC has been a subsidiary of the Zerde National Infocommunication Holding.

2000: Building a Company

Joint Stock Company "National Information Technologies" was established on April 4, 2000.

From the moment of creation, JSC NIT provides IT project management services from initiation to completion of work on creation, implementation and operation of basic components of e-government and information systems of state bodies.
