National service of collecting
NSV provides services in accounts receivable management at all stages of collecting: pre-judicial, judicial and executive. In the activity the National service of collecting uses the international standards of credit risk management adapted taking into account the existing legislation of the Russian Federation.
NSV works in 83 regions of Russia, in 55 of which branches and representations and also divisions in Ukraine and Republic of Belarus are open. The company is a member of the Association of Russian Banks (ARB) and Association of regional banks of Russia (Russia Association) and also the cofounder of the National Association of the Professional Collection Agencies (NAPCA). Within associations the National service of collecting actively participates in legislative activity in the field of retail lending and a kollektorstvo.
The national service of collecting is also a member of such international associations as ACA International, FENCA, CreditServicesAssociation and GlobalCreditSolutions that allows to render a full range of services at all stages of work with arrears not only in Russia, but also in 120 countries of the world.
2019: The employee suspected of plunder of personal data is delayed
In October, 2019 the suspect of plunder of personal data of clients several financial institution, including Sberbank was delayed. The security service of Sberbank helped to identify the alleged criminal of police.
Anton Buturlakin was an employee of the collection agency National service of collecting and lived in Volgograd. He acted under the alias "Anton 2131" and obtained data of debtors of Sberbank through the organization. Against it opened criminal case for the fact that he could sell data of problem clients of bank. Sberbank disproved leak, but will terminate the agreement with National service of collecting.
